Heather Kozar (b. May 4, 1976, in Akron, Ohio) is an American model.
Kozar was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January 1998 and was voted Playmate of the Year for 1999.
She has also been a model for the popular daytime TV game show, The Price is Right.
